Program description

Shenandoah Sand, Inc. sends text messages to:

• Customers about their own orders: delivery scheduled and time window, driver on the way, driver arrived, order delivered, delivery window changes and cash-on-delivery payment reminders, messages regarding updated hours, emergency hours, or communication to groups the customer may choose to be a member of.
• Employees about their work shift schedule changes.
• We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you agree to receive texts

Customers agree verbally when their account is opened with our staff, who record the customer’s choice to be contacted by text in our system. Employees agree when they are hired. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your orders and deliveries (or, for employees, with schedule changes).

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
